Vilma graduated from UC Santa Barbara and is a long-time resident of Monterey County. Vilma knows firsthand the challenges of providing compassionate care for an aging loved one at home, having served as a caregiver herself. After losing her mother to diabetes and her father to cancer, she deeply empathizes with families navigating the complexities of coordinating care. Having been by her parents’ side throughout their in-home care journeys, Vilma truly understands the profound importance of dependable support for families during life’s most vulnerable moments.

Christine received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu. She was born in Hawaii and raised in Monterey County, where her mother Vilma grew up. She leads as a mentor with empathy, respect, and a focus on creating environments where people feel safe and valued.

Catherine is a seasoned caregiver and a former international flight attendant. With over three decades of customer service experience, she serves as our Client Support Representative. She carefully tailors care solutions to meet individual needs, conducts thorough in-home assessments, and stays closely involved with families to ensure every care plan continues to provide the support and comfort clients deserve. She also focuses on ensuring clients’ changing needs are met and that they’re happy with their caregivers and the service they’re receiving.

Joe is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served our nation during the Iraq War. He is also a retired police officer. A lifelong resident of Monterey County, Joe appreciates the beauty and uniqueness of our community, and nothing is more rewarding for him than ensuring the well-being of our seniors. Joe gives every call and referral his immediate personal attention. He understands that when an aging loved one needs help, time matters, so he responds quickly and ensures assessments are completed promptly. As a caregiver for his dad, Joe believes caregiving is a calling of the heart—providing optimal care while fostering a sense of safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
